After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of network technology, the traditional e-learning education philosophy and modes can´t keep in step with the times, and therefore a learning model of real - time interactive e - Learning system based on Web emerges as the times require. The architecture of this model is analyzed and the characteristics of each model are also discussed. The design of the system is also presented.
