In intellectual property industrialization process, the transformation ability of science and technology to the productive forces is weak, and the industrialization of high-tech intellectual achievement is also in low degree. In this paper, by constructing multi-dimensional intellectual property services industry chain, make industry chain developing in horizontal and vertical dimension. To reduce transaction cost, eliminate the market suppression, play synergy, promote industrial technology transfer and technology diffusion and optimizing the capital allocation, etc. through intellectual property services industry chain integration. To improve the core competitiveness of intellectual property services, improve the competition ability of enterprise in the core industry, improve the performance of partner in the industry chain.
