Abstract :
With the development of education, more and more teaching resources appear in our daily life. The digital teaching resource is the classic one of them. In order to understand this new kind of resource, this thesis is focusing on analyzing the concept and the characteristics of Digital Teaching Resource. The design theory and the develop process are also further discussed.
