  • Abstract
    For the sake of the sustainability of supply chain a decision framework is designed in this essay. The meaning of sustainability is explored in economical, environmental and social angles as well as relevant decision stakeholders. Based on this analysis an interactive decision mechanism is verified, and then a decision path and methodology Based on analysis network process theory is designed to improve the performance of supply chain on sustainability with an optimal operational plan. With application of the methodology the results are analyzed and explained.
