Abstract :
Analysis of a Ka-band relativistic sheet beam traveling-wave-tube (RTWT) by simulation method is presented in this paper. The single grating rectangular waveguide is chosen for its slow wave structure (SWS) due to its flat shape, better transmission characteristics and superiority for fabrication, mechanical robustness. The high-frequency characteristic of the single-grating rectangular, the transmission characteristic of the RTWT and the interaction performance are investigated respectively.
