Human resources management is the key of franchising chain company developing. This paper analyzes the problems of human resources management features of franchising chain business management. It applies the theoretical framework of human resources management into practice, such as the tools and techniques of returns to scale; Markov matrix and management by walking around; Drawing on the experience of McDonald´s management; it explores proper ways of human resources management in the franchising chain business. In order to solve the problems of human resources management in Chinese franchising chain business, it brings up that the unified CIS, the coordinated development between the expansion of scale and the constructing of human resources management system, the comprehensive training for management personnel, the quality and quantity of the grass-roots recruitment, the all-round training and learning system, the establishment of a standardized performance appraisal system, and the optimization of the incentive system, all of which can promote franchising chain business.
