Abstract :
Inter-organizational information system has exploded as a major concern over the last years, since with the exploitation of new information and communication technologies and in particular of Internet the potential to revolutionize, streamline and enhance supply chain operations has flourished. An IOIS is a supra-system that consists of information systems of cooperating partners. IOIS also brings with it new risks, Begin with the concept of IOIS and its benefits, this paper analyses the risk on IOIS adoption, it researches the possible risk of the implementing process of IOIS, the factors affecting the implementation are analyzed, and the strategies to reduce risks of IOIS are introduced in the end.
