Abstract :
In this paper, an equivalent circuit model is adopted to research on the dispersion characteristics of terahertz (THz) two-beam folded waveguide (FW). Firstly, two different equivalent circuit models of beam holes are compared. Secondly, the results from HFSS and CST Microwave Studio (MWS) are compared with above results. Besides, some improvements on the equivalent circuit model are conducted to make it accurately describe the dispersion characteristics of THz FW.
