Abstract :
The 300GHz diffraction and radiation oscillator with double-row grating and double groove was designed and simulated. The high frequency feature of oscillator was discussed. Especially the influence of electronic efficiency was analyzed by discussing the distribution of resonant electric field. Using three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulation, design and optimization geometry of the RF structure were performed. In present work, the output power 5.7W is achieved, the electronic efficiency can reaches 1.21%, which is operating at beam voltage and beam current is 4.7KV and 0.1A, respectively.
