This article takes Chengdu local enterprises as the objects of study and design an factor system. Correlative data has been obtained from purchasing professional in those firms by studying how companies perceive the supply chain risk comes from suppliers. Then, by making use of tools like SEM, we analyze how each risk characteristic effect supply chain risk, and the relationship between them. On the other hand, we divide the risk characteristics into two categories: "cost-based\´ and \´resource-based\´, and analyze the degree that these two systems effect the relationships between national firms and suppliers.
