Abstract :
We present a digital dilution chip, capable of exponential sample dilution and reaction of them with another sample, using the selective control of inter-well valves. The present chip discretely merges and splits a fixed fluidic volume in the well array by controlling inter-well valves around a well. Thus, it is easy to achieve a fixed volume of the diluted samples and make reaction of them with another sample. The present chip dilutes sample within 16% and react samples within 17.7%.
