According to domestic and abroad research, an effective and sustaining business process is widely considered as a key factor for a company´s success and development. With the business expanded and the personnel increased, the process management becomes more and more important in China´s real estate enterprises. After analyzing the issues, the status and the problems in procedure management, this paper is a suggestion about “three stages” in business procedure establish, including procedure construction, procedure optimization, and procedure smoothing for China´s real estate enterprises.
