Abstract :
Considering the expensiveness of digital welding power products on the current market, an economy digital controller is designed with STM32 series of microprocessor in this paper. The guiding principles of our design are simplicity and effectiveness besides low cost. It realizes external characteristic of constant current with out-pulling and controls output current with proportional-integral (PI) method. Extensible system program and expert database make it a potential multifunctional and intelligent system.
