Abstract :
In this paper, we developed a novel device for the analysis of intracellular response to external stimulus in single-cell level with high-spatial resolution that simulates in vivo tissue micro-environment. We utilized multidirectional UV lithography technique to realize simple 3-dimensional fabrication of the tissue-mimicking device. Microchannel with an aperture at its sidewall was fabricated. Localized delivery of stimuli to single cell was demonstrated here.
