Abstract :
Agile supply chain management is a new type of management mode, which can reasonably dispatch and control logistics, information flow, capital flow in agile supply chain. In the paper, analytic hierarchy process technology is presented to evaluate the agile supply chain management. The evaluation indexes of agile supply chain management are determined, and the structure model of evaluation indexes of agile supply chain management is established. The evaluation model for agile supply chain management based on AHP is established based on the analysis for evaluation indexes of agile supply chain management. The experimental results show that the evaluation model of agile supply chain management based on AHP is usable.
