Application of Solid Edge´s second development on the face of foam plastic processing of equal thickness

This article describes a practical application of surface modeling in secondary development of Solid Edge. Then tests the box´s dates, the dates are got from a displacement sensor of laser, and are pretreated. According to the pretreated dates, an entity of the test box is automatically generated to use software of secondary development of Solid Edge. The entity can be used for subsequent NC Programming and NC profiling. This method is a practical one. It can be applied for a processing of equal thickness. The process will be applied to treatment of foam plastic of cabinet surface.
