Abstract :
The logistics outsourcing is one kind of enterprises´ developing strategy pattern which is developed quickly at present. First, the article analyzed the intrinsic relationship of e-commerce logistics outsourcing. Then, the author described the main problems in the logistics outsourcing based on e-commerce via the survey and case analysis methods. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author explored the effective strategies of the logistics outsourcing based on e-commerce. The article is of great help to provide some ideas of the logistics outsourcing based on e-commerce.
