Abstract :
The paper introduces a mode of bias voltage setting and provides a solution of stable application according to APD sensor used with the ADL5317. Combined with the photoelectric characteristics of APD sensor and internal function module of ADL5317, it gives the performance analysis and simulation to two kinds of controlling manners of ADL5317, revealing the control principle and changing law on working state and stability of APD. The bias joint controlling operating method of APD sensor based on ADL5317 and mirror current detection are focused on in the paper and the solution that controls the bias of APD comprehensively by using ADL5317 is presented.
