Abstract :
The design method of intelligent assembly system Based on machine vision is raised in order to solve the problem of the low accuracy, poor consistency and low efficiency when pasting strain gauge manually. The problem of accuracy and consistency will be solved for affixing strain gauge by the methods of setting centering and target-seeking camera. The working efficiency of the system is improved by artificial optimization strategies. Optimizing the communication scale and reducing the amount of data exchange between them through the rational allocation of sensor and output of the control end in the Industrial PC (IPC) and manipulator control cabinet set. The machine vision coordinates can be quickly converted into manipulator one to further improve the operating speed of the system by means of quickly coordinate system conversion method. The experimental results show that this system can perfectly complete the automatic assembly tasks of strain gauge. Their working rate and accuracy reach previous goals.
