Abstract :
In this paper, the sulfite gold plated is studied. The solution formulation and process parameters are determined. Ammonium sulfite should be 150-250g/L, its pH is about 8-10. The detail experimental data would be given in the conference. A series of performance tests are completed, the results show that the coating gold purity is above 99.97%, tensile strength could reach more than 300MPa. By the metallographic analyzer, the dense and smooth surface on coating gold layer is observed.
