Abstract :
Under the socially economic situation of modern times, as a modern enterprise, capital is not the only source of creating wealth, knowledge can create wealth similarly. In fact, the reliance of enterprises to knowledge workers has gradually exceeded capital. This paper applies person-organization (POF) theory to analyze the managerial puzzles, which find the establishment and maintenance of POF is available to solve knowledge workers´ managerial problems. Meantime, this paper put up with some managerial countermeasures for the establishment and maintenance of POF of knowledge workers through combining their traits.
