Abstract
Today´s always-connected, empowered individuals look for 24/7 access and organizational transparency. They strive for greater personal influence over organizations and engage in more digital activities in their daily lives. To better understand how digital technologies drive drastic changes in our society, we surveyed approximately 1,100 business and government executives and 22,000 consumers across 35 countries in both mature and emerging countries.
