Abstract :
The design of an electron storage ring for low emittance mode operation is presented. The parameter optimization is based on the spectrum and on beam source sizes and on general specifications for the machine performance such as dynamic aperture, lifetime. Superconducting magnets in the middle of a TEA cell with a high field are used in the storage ring
