Abstract
In the present study, we report on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) engineering of gold nanoparticles by off-axis pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. The variation in SPR with laser energy and substrate to target distance is systematically studied using UV-visible spectroscopic technique. The SPR is found to be sensitive to laser energy and substrate to target distance which is clearly evident from the UV-visible absorption studies.
