Abstract :
It is our pleasure to present to you Proceedings of the 2013 Federated Conference on Computer Science and Information Systems (FedCSIS), which took place in Krakow, Poland, on September 8-11, 2013. Each of the papers, found in this volume, was refereed by at least two referees and the acceptance rate of full papers was approximately 43% for the 420 submissions.
