Abstract
A modified transfer function is introduced for multiwinding transformers, which considers high-frequency effects at steady state. The magnetic field distribution is determined with a simplified field theoretical analysis in the region of the windings. Complex powers associated with the core, the conductor layers, and the insulation regions are used to calculate the parameters of the transfer function, depending on frequency and geometry. A comprehensive verification demonstrates the accuracy of the analysis performed
