Abstract :
In this paper, City Watch CCTV is presented which is an operational service within the supported living and community portfolio with the objective of reducing the crimes, anti-social behaviour, robbery, burglary, and theft of and from vehicles in the city. The software system used to support this scheme is capable of expansion. The digital recording system is reputed to be one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
