Abstract
Technologies designed to reduce the car accidents are recently being developed. One of type, vehicle to vehicle communication has proven to be highly effective for safer driving. However, effectiveness of vehicle to nomadic devices communication has been overlooked. In this paper, we designed a communication architecture between WAVE and Android. WAVE is the standard protocol of vehicle communication, and Android is representative open platform for nomadic devices such as smart phones. To apply this architecture, we developed an application and built a simulation.
