Study on a new english education system design using the Hangeul code

This paper designed and made an electronic dictionary of words and sentence phrases using Hangeul code. A large database using English words, Korean code with pictures, vocabulary definitions, speech sound files, and more communication tools will be created. This computer program is English learning system be developed to use with applications for computer and mobile phone devices such as iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and other smart phones. It is designed this used HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and database. This paper has hybrid app programmed that uses web and apps to study English in Korean pronunciation.
