Abstract :
The paper describes individual (relative to a particular disturbance) and global quality indicators designed to assist the French power transmission system operator as far as quality of supply is concerned. These indicators have been defined to be easily understood and manipulated by operators. As they are based on the "Emeraude Contract", all the limit values involved are "100 %" values. The paper shows how the quality indices can be implemented in a data collection software by the means of the Disqo model
