Abstract :
In this paper, new topologies of single-phase PFC-pre-staged AC/DC/AC power converters are presented. By introducing a common-neutral connection to simplify the conventional connection of AC/DC/AC power converter structure, the authors derive new topologies which keep good performance, output safety-code conformance and provide extra advantages-fewer power devices and lower conduction losses
