Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a semi-discrete form and fully discrete form of 2-D nonlinear pseudo-hyperbolic equations based on finite element collocation method. Optimal L2 error estimates for fully discrete form are obtained. A numerical experiment shows the efficiency of the finite element collocation method used for solving 2-D nonlinear pseudo-hyperbolic equations.
