Abstract :
In this paper, we present a novel algorithm for improving the accuracy of ray tracing without modeling the source with high resolution. It is based on expressing each ray within a ray tube as a linear combination of three rays defining that ray tube. This algorithm corrects the path of the ray tube toward the receiver and provides complete cancellation of the amplitude and phase errors of the reflection and transmission coefficients at a very low computational cost.
