Abstract :
This article regards analysing the literature of processing competence in education, as well as competence management systems (CMS) and their role in developing competencies for students of higher education cycle. The Bologna Process and its results are described later in the text, explaining the need for National Qualification Frameworks and the benefits that they can produce when implemented correctly. We focuses on creating the basis for competence management system for Polish National Qualification Framework in Computer Science area, how it should work and how it should be implemented.
