Abstract :
Summary form only given. In our work we theoretically consider the influence of photoionization in a partially ionized plasma on the collective electromagnetic processes. To do this we derive equations from basic principles describing the dynamics of collective processes in the system with a non-constant number of particles and obtain the asymptotic formulae for the dynamics of collective electromagnetic perturbations near the state of ionization equilibrium in the cases of weak and strong ionization.
