Abstract :
In this paper, the alternative mechanism to the software failure diagnosis based on the software black box (SBB), which is the analog of the flight data recorder in the aircraft, was introduced. We improve the original SBB methodology in two aspects. The first is integrating the data warehouse and data mining in the failure diagnosis process. The second is using both normal and failed runs in the diagnosis analysis. Finally, we present software architecture of integrated software failure diagnosis model based on the SBB from different views by using "4+1" view model and layer architectural style
