Abstract :
Based on analysis of the three major bottlenecks of current e-commerce, i.e. logistics, payment and credit, this paper has put forward a new e-commerce model based on integration of logistics. Aimed at a specific region of the market, this new model takes logistics as part of e-commerce business. In this model, logistics is integrated and electronized through platform of e-commerce; in turn expansion of integration of logistics will promote construction and development of regional e-commerce. By doing so, not only are the bottlenecks of traditional e-commerce eliminated, but logistics will be the new payoff point of e-commerce.
