  • Abstract
    A novel CMOS multilayer vertically integrated on-chip inductor structure is developed and its properties are investigated. The effect of mutual inductance both within and between adjacent multi-layer inductors is also studied. The proposed structure is attractive for achieving miniature CMOS RFICs.
