Abstract :
The features of Fibre Channel technology is introduced. The structure and performance of FC-AE-1553 are briefly introduced. FC-AE-1553 is compared with traditional MIL-STD-1553. The paper analyses the advantages of the application of FC-AE-1553 in future spacecraft avionics networking system. FC-AE-1553 have better network performance in high-speed, low delay, reliability, fault tolerance and determinism. FC-AE-1553 preserves so many advantages of MIL-STD-1553 bus and is being implemented on major military aircraft avionics system. FC-AE-1553 is enabled to the leveraging of existing system designs, hardware, and software written for MIL-STD-1553 spacecraft avionics networks. FC-AE-1553 is an open standard and widely supported by mature commercial technical. The study of FC-AE-1553 has a directive effect in the phase of spacecraft avionics networking system design
