Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a novel low-profile automotive antenna which is able to receive a vertically polarized signal. The proposed antenna possesses 8.2 mm low-height and 99 % high radiation efficiency. When it is mounted on the roof of the vehicle, its performances are experimentally investigated.
