Abstract :
Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is a modeling language which is used to build a model of a real scene or an imaginary three-dimensional world, and it is also a mainstream language for 3D website making on the Internet. Nowadays, rolling simulation system based on virtual reality is an important measure for rolling operation. In traditional virtual rolling scene, mathematical modeling of the rolling mill and simulation of the rolling process are fairly perfect, however, elastic interaction, data feedback and so on in rolling process is underemphasized. In this paper, simulation of the rolling system based on VRML and JavaScript is presented, and the accessing models information in real-time, dynamic control of scene, etc, through JavaScript are realized, based on which, a real interactive rolling system is built on the network.
