  • Abstract
The possibility of first-order resonance among electromechanical and between electromechanical and excitation control modes in multi-machine power systems is reviewed in this paper. Taking into account this problem, a sequence of two-stage stabilizers for the enhancement of system stability are designed and tuned in an automatic way
