Abstract
This paper proposes a requirement container coupling with goal and feature as a requirement business model in business level, it can be used to support reusable domain artifacts, it shows clearly the traceability of user requirement to system solution. In the later development with reuse phase, it can be customized according to different reuse contexts. Furthermore, the above mentioned requirement container can be transformed into service level using text-based hierarchical tagging scheme, this can be further instantiated into specification level which leads to a software requirement specification .
