Abstract :
This paper discusses the necessary elements to facilitate the regulatory framework for the progress of the ISICOM system, as depicted and design by the Integral SatCom Initiative. Quite frequently, the regulatory aspects associated to a new Satellite concept are left to the final phase of the design of the system. However, the ISI has pin pointed Regulatory aspects as crucial elements to be considered at earliest phased of concept design.
