Abstract :
The following topics were dealt with: characterization, design and fabrication of carbon nanotube devices, field emission properties of nanoscaled materials and devices, fabrication, characterization and development of field emission devices for displays (FED) and other applications including FEA, cold-cathodes, x-ray generation, microwave sources, high resolution imaging, mass spectroscopy and thrusters.
