Abstract :
We analyzed the microstructure of double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method and investigated field emission of properties DWNTs screen printed. We fabricated 1-inch triode type CNTs flat lamp.
