Abstract :
This article discusses the design of intelligent controller for combustion process of Stack-boiler. From the principle of energy conversion and conservation of fuel combustion, it puts forward a kind of control method which calculates the Stack-boiler´s real time efficiency on-line, and uses the self-learning and self-optimizing fuzzy control system to online adjust the air-coal ratio of Stack-boiler in the premise of satisfying the target load, and to make the Stack-boiler´s furnace combustion efficiency to achieve optimal. The control system not only makes the Stack-boiler in the optimal combustion state, but also realizes the real-time online monitoring of the Stack-boiler, and realizes the economic, environmental protection operation of the Stack-boiler.
