Abstract :
This paper illustrates the problems encountered in the design and fabrication of a 60 GHz antenna on DuPont 943 LTCC substrate. The antenna will be used for highly integrated WLAN modules in the 60 GHz frequency range, foreseen for future high data rate systems and broadband multimedia applications. The effect of material and fabrication tolerances will be analysed.
