Abstract
After the occurrence of the Fukushima nuclear accident, the safety problem of nuclear power is focused on by the whole world. In order to carry out safety management of nuclear power effectively, improved structural interpretation model(ISM) is used to identify and analyze the major factors that affect the implementation of safety management and the relationships between each other. And in this model these factors are classified and analyzed according to their driver power and dependence power. By this way, the structural interpretation model of the safety management of nuclear power is established. The results show that the improvement of laws and regulations is the deepest factor, which should be given a key control in the safety management of nuclear power.
