Abstract
Power System Stabilizer (PSS) has been widely used to enable enough damping for mitigating low frequency oscillations both of local and inter-area modes. Its input signal selection significantly affects Wide-area Controllers (WAC). However, various load compositions may affect the input signal selection. The conclusion has been made in this paper that various load compositions have the impact on the input signal selection for the WAC.
